Our concept is a simple one, created from an unwavering passion for four things: grilled cheese, baked potatoes, flatbreads and waffles. these ubiquitous childhood staples are given new life within the confines of 11:eleven. creative, interchangeable ingredients allow you to turn simple comfort foods into your newest craving. however, unlike the memories of childhood, at 11:eleven you have the choice of tapping into your inner chef, and you are encouraged to use the ingredients as you see fit, customizing your creation to please your individual palette. don’t worry though! if it is not on the menu, rest assured we will create it for you.

After developing your culinary creation you are invited to take it to the next level and compliment it with scratch-made soups, flavorful vegan and vegetarian items, and exciting gluten-free choices, all prepared fresh daily in-house. we want you to leave 11:eleven with a belly full of goodness and a smile on your face, inspired to create something new on your next visit.

Just as a palette changes and evolves, you will see that our menu does as well. perhaps it is because of our chef’s playful mood or a spontaneous whim. maybe it is because of the availability of seasonal or locally produced ingredients. it could even be because one of your newest creations is so yummy that it needs to be enjoyed by others. but no matter how the menu changes, we assure you that each item is as fresh and delicious as the next.
