128 West State Café will give new meaning to “Capitol perk.” It’s a cozy meeting place for Statehouse business, or a convenient grab and go. Either way, we’re serving only better alternatives including Small World Coffee and freshly baked breads and bagels for breakfast, or a variety of sandwiches and salads for lunch. Those who linger for a while will savor the smell of baked bread, roasting coffee, or the aroma of freshly roasting meats in our oven.
