1572 Roadhouse Bar-B-Q proves to be a great destination for travelers, boaters, bikers, families and any BBQ enthusiast.
Pitmasters Chris Cavender and Mike Tenore have developed some great recipes to tantalize the taste buds. Born out of our love of barbeque, we have put our own spin on it, which we think will put us aside of the rest. Each meat has its own customized rub, then we smoke it every day using Apple, Cherry and Hickory wood for a clean balance of flavor. We are also making three great sauces for your pleasure.
Let’s not forget our ice cold rotating microbrews and everyday favorite beers, as well as wine and pre mixed cocktails. We will have growlers to fill if you find one you just can’t live without. Perfect for a sunny outdoor adventure.
