16th Circuit Solicitor's Office

Under the leadership of Solicitor Kevin Brackett, the Sixteenth Circuit Solicitor's Office prosecutes criminal offenses in York and Union Counties in South Carolina. Our team of lawyers and support staff prosecutes all General Sessions, some magistrate-level, and juvenile criminal offenses. Intertwined with this work, the office offers assistance to victims of crime and provides pre-trial and diversion programs to help offenders become positive contributors to the community.
