2 Mamas Baking

We are a cottage business/hobbyists, which means that we bake in our homes. Cookie pick-ups are generally at one of our houses, unless otherwise indicated. Message us on FB or e-mail us at 2mamasbaking@gmail.com for ordering information, etc.

POLICIES:

RUSH ORDERS:
Cookies orders require at least 1 week advance notice. "Rush" orders (less than 1 week notice), will incur a rush fee that will amount to 25% of the total order.


PAYMENT:
Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal (sent to 2mamasbaking@gmail.com))

Customers are to pay 1/2 of the total within 2 days of accepting the quote. The remaining balance must be paid within 1 week of the order due date. This prevents us from spending our time working on cookies that may or may not be picked up.


COOKIE PICK-UP:
Cookie pick-up will be between 3 and 5 pm on Friday the week your cookies are due. So, if you ordered cookies for Sunday or Monday, you will pick them up on Friday (they'll still be fresh - we promise!).

We *may* add another pick-up day & time each week if we find that this time does not work for many of our customers. It's difficult for us to plan our lives around customer pick-up times, currently. We hope you all understand.
