335 Richmond: A 12-Step Worship Experience

335 Richmond is a weekly (EVERY Monday Night at 7 p.m.) Spiritual Encounter based upon the 12-Step Spirituality model of AA, NA or other similar programs. This is an all welcoming, non-threating, non-denominational community of support that meets and welcomes all people no matter where they are in the journey of life. We’re here for you. We too have been lost in the journey and have needed the support of our Higher Power to find our way.
12 Step Spirituality is not a defined body of wisdom or particular collection of books and sayings. Indeed, the steps are rooted in a tradition much older and extending back millennia through the
Judeo-Christian-Islamic religions. The Steps are now used by hundreds of different kinds of recovery groups and millions of people throughout the world. We could even say that 12 Step Spirituality is the combined knowledge and experience of all those who have used spiritual surrender and 12 Steps as a passage to recovery, and the things they have learned along the way.
We are fortunate at 335 Richmond to include the community of Pilgrim-St. Luke’s UCC. Many in our community have also journeyed toward liberation with the 12 Steps. We hope to share what we have learned, encourage you in your journey, as well as celebrate the presence of God in our midst. We are housed at 335 Richmond Ave. Buffalo, NY 14222, (at the corner of West Utica). The entrance to the church is through the rear parking lot.
