Welcome to 4Paws Rehabilitation & Wellness Clinic! We’re proud to offer canine rehabilitation services to pets in Prescott and the surrounding communities, performed by a certified rehabilitation therapist and staff.

Our owners, Dr. Leonda Armstrong and her husband, Jim David, are passionate about pet health care. They also own Circle L Animal Hospital in Chino Valley, where Dr. Armstrong, who is certified in Canine Rehabilitation and Acupuncture, is a veterinarian, and Hassayampa Canine Resort & Spa.

4Paws Rehabilitation & Wellness Clinic believes that all dogs deserve to live comfortable lives. To help them do so, we offer many options for pet wellness care and injury treatment. In addition to traditional rehabilitation services, We also focus on whole-animal wellness, including eastern medicine services including acupuncture, laser therapy, myofascial massage, all of which promote healing and encourage overall wellness. Our underwater treadmill therapy programs are great for building strength, improved conditioning, and weight-loss.
