How To Purchase:

You can purchase through our website or comment with your email address on the item you want! When commenting with your email address, I will send you an invoice through Paypal! You have 24 hours to pay invoice. If you do not pay for the invoice within the 1 day policy, your invoice will be canceled, and item(s) will go to next person interested in that item or re-listed on the site! Once you have paid your invoice or purchased online, item(s) will be shipped and should arrive within 2-5 business days. Items are shipped using priority or first class mail depending on weight of package.

Handmade scarf orders usually take between 1-2 weeks to ship out because they are made to order!

Return Policy:

I do my very best to accurately describe all descriptions and sizes. I also carefully inspect all clothing items for any damages before I ship them. That being said, all sale/clearance/flash sale items and all accessories are FINAL SALE!

For items eligible for return they must be:

1) Returned within 10 business days of delivery date

2) Unwashed, Unaltered, and Unworn & Free of Makeup/Deodorant Marks

3) Shipped back using USPS with a paper copy of paypal/store e-receipt inside

Once the return has been received on our end, an e-gift card will be emailed to you within 2 business days. The original shipping cost for your package along with the shipping cost to return the package will not be refunded. Only the amount for the item/s will be refunded.

We are not responsible for items lost on the way to us to be returned so we advise getting a tracking number for your package.

**NOTE: All returns will be given back as an e-gift card/store credit. ***

Order is Lost:

I understand sometimes things get lost. However, once I drop your order off at the post office, it is out of my hands. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items made by the post office. I will definitely work with you to try and figure out how to reorder your items but I cannot 100% replace it due to post office mistakes. Most of my packages due come with tracking numbers so you should always be able to watch to see where it is going!

Store Credit/Discounts:

If you receive any store credit, it must be used within 3 months of the date you received it! FYI: The website only allows you to spend over the amount of the store credit. I cannot change this since I did not make the website. Also, we do not stack discounts.
