At AGU Ramen Bistro, we pay homage to the art of Japanese noodles by preparing our broth with choice ingredients, patience and love. The namesake of our restaurant refers to premium grade pork from Okinawa, Agu. The heart of our menu, Tonkotsu Ramen is considered my many as “the king of ramen” where rich, slow cooked pork broth is the centerpiece. We use exceptional ingredients and implement best techniques in preparing our made from scratch soups.
