AirFlex Fitness is the Lehigh Valley's newest innovative way for women of all ages and fitness levels to get a great workout while still having fun. AirFlex Fitness provides women of all ages and ability the tools and techniques to learn a new method for toning and strengthening their bodies in a safe and supportive environment. Instead of using traditional gym equipment, we use a variety of poles, lyras, and aerial hammocks and offer flexibility and conditioning classes. This makes working out fun and motivating and there is always something new to try!
