We are a boutique private training facility. Our strengths are not in our size BUT what we offer. Unlike most gyms that only remember you by a number we take great pride in our customers. The facility is exceptionally clean and organized. You will find absolutely everything you need to obtain your fitness goals, minus the hard tactic sales pitch and long term contracts. We are family owned and like to think of our members as such. In addition our specialty is PRIVATE TRAINING, with over 20 independent private trainers to choose from we feel very confident that your fitness goals will be reached with the utmost in professionalism.
