Dr. Bowman grew up in Salisbury on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond. She received a Masters degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School and earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia. She completed her residency training at Wake Forest University. Dr. Bowman is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She is interested in all aspects of women’s health including infertility and family planning, high risk pregnancies, menopausal management, and is certified in da Vinci Robotics® surgery. She has been in private practice in Richmond for nearly a decade. Dr. Bowman is married and has three children. In her time outside of work, she enjoys Richmond Spiders athletic games, barre pilates, and her children’s baseball and gymnastics events.
