Amberjack Party Boat

The Amberjack V is a 120 foot luxury yacht that is United States Coast Guard certified to sail 20 miles offshore and carry up to 149 passengers for specialty receptions, parties, and events that you will always remember. Whether your pleasure is an intimate dinner for just two (perfect place to become engaged), an after the Prom party, a corporate sponsored event or a wedding reception, the Amberjack V will have a package to suit your needs.

The two level yacht has a dinner and dancing area below with an observation area above. The cruise in New York Harbor takes in the magnificent Manhattan skyline as well as the Statue of Liberty. Nothing but the most severe of weather conditions prevents your event from sailing off into what memories are made of.

The Amberjack V has its own Yacht specialist and can provide your menu and music among exquisite ambiance or you can elect to bring in your own caterer or Disc Jockey. The only requirement for bringing your own is to also supply your own equipment and there would be an additional galley fee.

The family-owned business has been operating Yachts for three generations and has been news worthy twice. In the 1980s we became the first to successfully convert a fishing boat to a dinner cruise ship and on that fateful day of September 11, 2001 we participated in the largest sea evacuation in history, transporting people from Manhattan to other boroughs. The Amberjack V is now an essential part of the Sheepshead Bay's harbor cruise fleet and can be found on Emmons Avenue in pier 10.

For a mouth-watering seafood dinner aboard the Yacht, the food selection is unique and delicious. Casserole dishes made with Trout, Octopus, Salmon or Shrimp are just a few of the offerings amid those with Mediterranean Sea Bass, Steaks and Lamb Chops. Our menu offerings include salads, soups, both cold and hot appetizers and desserts. Our wedding reception package includes full menu of choice, open bar, champagne toast, and a private bridal suite and will be attended by a full staff in elegant tuxedos. We can serve 90 guests for a buffet or sit down dinner or 125 for a cocktail party.
