As Northern Colorado's premier Pilates studio, AMP Pilates & Fitness prides itself on providing the best, most fun, energizing and completely addicting Pilates experience. We are a fully equipped studio with private, semi-private and small group reformer & tower classes.

Because of our love of both the traditional Pilates method and modern science, we are able to fuse the two to create a challenging, effective and fun workout.

AMP Pilates & Fitness also offers childcare for those taking our classes. We know that finding quality childcare is often difficult, so we will do that for you.

For those of you interested in becoming a Pilates instructor, AMP Pilates & Fitness is an affiliate studio for Personal Best Pilates Instructor Academy. PBPIA is a comprehensive Pilates instructor certificate program recognized by the Pilates Method Alliance. Instructors who complete the PBPIA program will be completely prepared to sit for the Pilates Method Alliance-Certified Pilates Teacher exam (PMA-CPT). (the ONLY national Pilates instructor certification).
