I am Chantel Rivera, a confident cosmetologist with a lifelong interest in beauty, and nearly a decade of experience in the arts of hairstyling and make-up. I began the pursuit of my dream at Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, Texas. Upon graduating with a degree in cosmetology I immediately began working in a salon. Having always been an idealist and a leader, I opened my own salon, Amplified Designs, in May of 2010. It was a brilliant opportunity to spread my shears and embrace the edgy and darker side of my work. Amplified Designs is a rare gem in the beauty industry because it offers both conservative and alternative styles, and of course courteous and friendly service by yours truly.
