I became licensed with Century 21 North Homes Realty in June 2015, as a Real Estate Broker, welcomed amongst the excpetional's of their office, and I am embracing that dynamic.

As a business services owner [since 2009] that put me in the drivers seat (literally) meeting with clients daily; from Seattle, to Oak Harbor, to Darrington, to Everett, Mount Vernon, Burlington, Sedro Woolley, to Bellingham, and back down to Camano Island (just to list a few), as well as having lived in the one & only PNW (specifically our beautiful Washington state since early 2011), I have grown quite familiar with our quaint & lovely, and growing, Skagit, Whatcom, & King counties (and surrounding areas).

Familiarity is a bonus when honing in on the ability to recognize prime real estate. Navigating the state is another story, and I, for one, am thankful for mister GPS.
