Welcome to Amy’s Pet Supplies.

As a child, I always loved pets and always wanted my own dogs and a farm one day. During my mid twenties, part of my childhood dream came true. A 12 weeks old Shihpoo needed a permanent home, so my husband and I adopted him and named him Chopper.

Being a first time dog owner was not an easy task. There was not a manual to tell me what types of food or treats would be the best nutrition plan for Chopper. So I decided to start experimenting with different types of foods and treats based on my research. Being the protective mother that I am, I was out on a hunt to find the best nutrition food and treats for my adorable pup. After many trial and error, I finally found the right plan for Chopper. However, as he continues to grow I had to switch his nutrition plan to meet his dietary needs.

Two years later we welcomed Schumibear to our family. He decided that he was going to be the guard dog of the family and we called him “Bear”. With a new pup it comes with new challenges. Schumibear came with a very sensitive tummy, and within the first couple months we paid more visits to the vet than we did at dog parks. Right away I knew I had to come up with a new nutrition plan for the Bear. With the knowledge I had from raising Chopper I was able to find the right nutrition plan for our Bear a lot quicker.

By raising Chopper an Schumibear has given me the idea to start a pet supplies store. We love the opportunity to share with you our healthy food & treat options that we love in our family to yours. We are here to build a community where we can help each other to find the best products for our furry friends so they can live a longer & healthier life.
