Our mission is to provide high quality, professional gymnastics training to young children, teens, and adults. Our well-trained coaches have years of experience and a great passion for gymnastics.
We offer parent participation, preschooler, beginner, intermediate and advanced gymnastics lessons for boys and girls, as well as have a robust competitive Team Program. Come try our adult fitness program too! Apex is also the perfect affordable location to host your birthday party, field trips and home-school PE programs.
