In Store pickups:
If you order Tuesday-Saturday- You can pick up same day UNLESS it is after 7- then you would need to pick up next day. If you order on Saturday after 7 or Sunday--You can pick up Tuesday.

In store Returns:
We accept Returns with ORIGINAL RECEIPT, TAGS ATTACHED, and item in ORIGINAL condition on regular priced items WITHIN 14 days for store credit or exchange ONLY! Items need to be SMOKE FREE, No stains (makeup/deodorant), and NO signs of PET HAIR. We have the right to refuse any item that does not meet our standards.

NO RETURNS ON JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES OR CANDLES. Clearance items and mark downs are a FINAL SALE. No exceptions.


Shipped Returns:
Same rules apply. We accept 14 days after we have shipped. Please provide phone number and name in package so we can call you to verify we have received and notify you of your credit. Out of town and have a credit? You can call during business hours the store and place your order and use your credit. Please ship with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost items. Items need to be SMOKE FREE, No stains (makeup/deodorant), and NO signs of PET HAIR. We have the right to refuse any item that does not meet our standards.
