Arbors at Springfield is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 50 bed center offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing health care environment.

Arbors at Springfield has been serving Clark, Montgomery and Champaign Counties since 1966. We are located in a well-kept residential neighborhood next to an elementary school. Our facility is in an area with many retirement and assisted living centers, shopping centers and restaurants. Springfield Regional Medical Center fountain campus is within one mile of our facility. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
