Arione's This & That

This N That is the expression of my love for life and food. I have learned that you can do it this way or that way and still make that perfect dish that will keep everyone happy and coming back for more. I constantly read and test recipes and tweak them to make them my own. Of course I never follow them to the letter because then they would not be unique to me. I am inspired by famous and not so famous people. I love to try new and different things in all areas of my life. You never know if you will like it until you try it. I am perfecting my craft as I make it through life. When people eat my food it brings me joy. Funny enough, I am a healthy girl with a small appetite. That is where that comes in. This will show you how to do full scale and that will show you how to pare it down into small bites, portions or appetizers and still get your food fix. My dream is to open and run This N That Café that will have me time tested and true recipes on the menu daily. I am taking foods from all around the world, places I have been and places I want to go.
Many if not all of my recipes reflect a person or event in my life. Some good and some bad but the food may have bought some kind of comfort in it all.
