Arkansas School Counselor Association

NAME AND AFFILIATION
Section 1. Name. The name of the Association shall be the Arkansas School Counselor Association (ArSCA).
Section 2. Affiliation.
a. The Association shall be a division of the Arkansas Counseling Association (ArCA) and a state division of the American School Counselor Association (ASCA).
b. The By-laws of the Association shall derive its authority from the American School Counselor Association Constitution and By-laws
c. The ethical standards of the American School Counselor Association, in effect in any given point in time, shall serve as the ethical standards for the Arkansas School Counselor Association. All members of the Arkansas School Counselor Association are expected to abide by these standards as well as abide by the ethical standards of the American Counseling Association, which have been adopted by the Arkansas Counseling Association.
