Our approach is a fusion of old-world Afghan cooking techniques with modern American adaptations to create flavors that are pronounced but not overbearing especially when it comes to younger children.

Our kabobs are made using premium cuts of meat that are lightly marinated and cooked over open flames achieving just the right level of flavor, juiciness and tenderness.

All our dishes come with our Afghan naan bread baked fresh hourly in our clay oven using the same techniques perfected over 2000 years The results is a delicious, fluffy and light bread that is a taste sensation. Our customers love it!
