We (Cindy and Cary Arsaga) opened our first coffee house just off the Fayetteville Square in November of 1992. Since then, we have expanded into several locations, as well as opening a roaster/warehouse, and in the Spring/Summer of 2012 we will open the doors of our newest location on Dickson Street in downtown Fayetteville. In 2009 we sold two of our locations to our manager, Andrea Allen and her husband, Jon. They continue to serve our coffees and drinks while adding their own flare to the Gregg Street and Crossover locations, and they have expanded to open a third location in neighboring Springdale.

In addition to roasting coffee for all Arsaga’s locations, we also sell our beans in a few select stores and restaurants around town. “Community” is a catch phrase bandied about a lot these days, but at Arsaga’s we strive to connect to our community one person at a time. We show the work of local artists at our Gregg and Crossover locations, provide coffee for many local events and fundraisers, and advertise local businesses and events on our store bulletin boards. This business is an endeavor of true joy and creativity made possible by the people who work with us, and those of you who continue to love our coffee. Thank you!

At Arsaga’s we are proud to participate in a “buy local” business philosophy. We strive to buy as many of our menu items as possible from local bakers, restaurants and food suppliers. We roast our own coffee in Fayetteville at our roaster off of Martin Luther King Boulevard. We also support the causes and groups that, in our estimation, make Fayetteville a strong community and great place to live.
