ACV STUDIO SCHOOL- WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
providing ‘next generation’, small business artisan start-ups and seasoned practitioners with business/entrepreneurial training needed to operate, market and sell their products and services, taking their artisan business to the next level. ex:“Invoking Your Art as Business” seminars.

RETAIL AFFILIATE SERVICES
elevating commercial and non-profit enterprises that represent Virginia artisans to include but not be limited to brokering working relationships between Juried Virginia Artisans and retailers.

ACV JURIED VIRGINIA ARTISAN & ACV MASTER ARTISAN MEMBER
administering the official state jury for craft artisans representing the highest quality hand-crafted work.

STATEWIDE ECONOMIC IMPACT STUDY
beginning 2015, this Study will document the economic impact of the Artisan Industry in VA, focusing on individual artisan businesses, galleries, craft venues and the Virginia Artisan Trail Network as well as consumer dynamics within the industry.

AMERICAN CRAFT WEEK (ACW)
sponsoring with the Virginia Tourism Corporation & ‘Round the Mountain, for the 2nd year, October 2-11, 2015, ACW is an annual, nationwide celebration of American craft and design. As a sponsor, the ACV extends the invitation to participate to its entire membership of artisans and Artisan Trail sites.

THE VIRGINIA OYSTER TRAIL
developing a unified visitor-directed experiential trail focused on the Virginia Oyster. It will identify and connect “aqua-artisan” oyster businesses, culinary locations, experiential eco-tours, and cultural sites in Virginia’s distinctive bay and river towns offering a special opportunity to highlight the stories and services as relates to The Virginia Oyster. Anticipated launch date: November 2015.
