Aspire Christian Academy

Aspire Christian Academy (ACA) philosophy is Biblically based and offers tailored educational programs set in small intensive classrooms, grades one (1) through five (5) designed for children with Learning Disabilities and Special Needs. These children generally require more in-depth instruction and therapy than traditional school programs offer.

ACA’s holistic approach includes the six domains of health and wellness: social, emotional, environmental, intellectual, physical and spiritual. ACA's outpatient clinical therapy program is referred to as, All Children's Therapy or ACT. ACA utilizes specific academic curriculum created by the founder of the Academy, Cindy A. Young, MSE, CCC-SLP, NDT and author, which adapts traditional teaching methods to specific tailored proven curriculum, used to reach the Learning Disabled and special needs population. ACA also utilizes National teaching programs such as LindaMood-Bell®, an international teaching program tailored for children with special needs and The DuBard Association Method, a national program developed by The DuBard School chaptered at the University of Mississippi. Both the LindaMood-Bell® and The Association Method are academic programs with high success rates for children with disabilities. The Academy offers parent training that works hand in hand with the child’s curriculum, based on the State of Arkansas educational benchmarks. Many children with special needs such as Autism, Apraxia, ADD, ADHD, Learning Disabilities and Sensory Disorders fail in the traditional educational programs, because they require tailored and structured materials and programs. All Children’s Academy provides the tools and materials for these Learning Disabled and Special Needs children. All Children’s Academy was created to address the issues children with special needs face in obtaining an education, but even as just important, is the fact that it provides a place of belonging and acceptance.
