Our basic package is $75 which includes; the Consultation with our provider, Diet plan, a prescription for an appetite suppressant and 4 B12 injections. We also have a package deal for $130 which includes the same things with an additional 4 lipo-den injections. Lipo-den is a fat burner that helps target your abdominal area. If you have not had any blood work within the past year we do require lab work which is an additional $50.
