Axis Sport Performance

Axis provides comprehensive strength, speed, agility, strength, and conditioning programs to make you a better athlete.

We offer a variety of strength and conditioning programs for athletes of all ages, starting as young as 8 years old, as well as adult strength and fitness programs.

Services offered:
Speed, Agility, and Conditioning- A 60 minute program focused on speed, agility, and conditioning. Two age groups (grade 3-6 and grade 6-9).

Complete Athlete Development- Middle school and high school speed, strength, and conditioning program. Classes are 90 minutes in duration and there are two age groups- grades 7-9 and grades 10+

Adult Strength and Fitness- A small group program in which clients will go through a series of circuits comprised of strength, core, and conditioning exercises to build strength and blast calories.

Team Training- Bring in your team and we'll design a program to meet your specific goals and needs. Up to 20 athletes per group.

Personal Training- Customized workout plans and personalized, 1 on 1 coaching in private training sessions.
