Once we identify the extent of the spinal subluxations (misalignments) we create specialized care plans that are patient specific, and designed for spinal correction and health restoration. We utilize state of the art Chiropractic adjustment techniques that are gentle and specific. We combine this with nutritional counseling, lifestyle coaching, health education and active spinal rehabilitation instruction. Back to Health Chiropractic, formerly known as Simms Chiropractic, was founded by Dr. Ron Simms in 1996 with the vision of igniting the health potential in the individuals and families of his community. After 20 years of building a brand of Chiropractic that focuses on effectively delivering crisis, corrective and wellness care to the families of El Dorado Hills and the surrounding communities we felt it was time to expand our brand to Amador and Placer Counties by opening up new offices in Ione, and Granite Bay in 2014.

Dr. Ron Simms is a dean’s list graduate from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1991. He utilizes a Chiropractic approach that focuses on identifying and correcting the cause of individual’s health problems. His subluxation based spinal adjustment techniques are gentle, specific and highly effective. He is a passionate health educator and life coach to his clients and community, placing an emphasis on whole food nutrition counseling and personalized rehabilitation instruction.

As a health and wellness expert he has become a regular teacher and coach to over 50 greater Sacramento companies, community organizations, schools and churches. He is an active member of the CCA and CORE Sacramento.

He loves experiencing life in all of its fullness with his amazing wife Carie and his 2 young adult sons Tyler and Joshua. He is an active, long time leader and member of Rolling Hills Christian Church.

Dr. Jerrod Hill studied the art and science of chiropractic at the Southern California University of Health Sciences, graduating in April 2012 as his class valedictorian. While serving as an associate professor in Neuroscience at his alma mater, Dr. Jerrod furthered his education by completing a Master’s of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

As a member of the Simms Chiropractic team since March 2014, Dr. Jerrod is passionate about helping others improve their quality of life through specific, scientific chiropractic care and health education.
