BaiKu offers an extensive sushi menu with specialty nigiri, fresh fish being flown in fresh from Hawaii, as well as a healthy selection of engaging appetizers.
The lobby lounge will offer a variety of great sake, wine and Japanese beer selections, including a 50-bottle wine list with an emphasis on Rieslings, interesting whites and Pinot Noirs, which all pair well with sushi. The Sake program at Baiku was developed by Monica Samuels, the first graduate of the Master of Sake program in the U.S.
