Founder Pat Bailey brings almost 25 years of building experience to each home she builds. Her background includes everything from framing and siding to roofing, decks and interior trim. When Pat started building homes in 1992 she did every aspect of the business himself. As the company grew, she began to hire a highly trained and qualified staff. Today the company has a full time office manager, bookkeeper and several highly experienced full time project managers assigned to manage each specific home project.

We simplify the building process for you by making it a fun and rewarding experience. Pat handles all the company’s product research, sales and marketing and initial meetings with clients. He provides product and material information and can offer references for local architects when needed. Then he brings the architect and the project manager to the table as the plans for your home come together.

After the plans are drawn, one project manager is assigned to the job and manages the job site on a daily basis but Pat has a strong belief in superior site supervision and visits each home on a regular basis, conferring with the project manager and subcontractors and checking on the construction progress and detail.
