Ballroom Dance Club at Georgia Tech

Learn about the sultry and elegant facets of the world of ballroom dance at GeorgiaTech!

Our club is divided into three parts: Beginner, Social, and Competitive.
In beginner classes, students are introduced to the dances and are taught basic, introductory steps that allow them to feel comfortable dancing in a variety of social situations.
Social classes are slightly more advanced than beginner level and are aimed towards those who want to continue their ballroom dance education and succeed on the social dance floor.
Finally, the competitive program is intended for those dancers who plan to compete across the nation at least twice a semester. Tryouts are held at the beginning of the fall semester. Anyone interested is welcome to try out, those auditioning will be evaluated based on their potential.
