The Penelope Barker House Welcome Center is operated by the Edenton Historical Commission, a non-profit organization located in Edenton, North Carolina. The 1782 Penelope Barker House is listed on the National Registry of Historic Homes and Sites and inside visitors will find remarkable antiques, spectacularly designed exhibits, and some of the South's most hospitable volunteers.
