Baymount Acres

Baymount Acres has been around since 1992. We used to be an equestrian facility with a 10 stall barn. The property is situated on a 20 acre privately owned lake. The main house sits atop a hill surrounded by woods, farmland and a creek. What better location could be imagined for weddings! But wait! We are also hidden behind a neighborhood and conveniently 10 minutes from downtown Statesville and 3 minutes from the interstates.

We offer multiple places on the farm for weddings. The house with its high cedar ceilings and spacious open floor plan with an atrium in the middle is perfect for small weddings. The master suite is an awesome area for the bride and her maids to prepare for the wedding before it is converted to the Bridal Suite! The guest apartment is the perfect location for the groom and groomsmen to gather while waiting for the magic moment.

The house sleeps 12 (including bride and groom) so the immediate family can gather before and after the wedding.

For the day of the event the bride can choose to have the ceremony at the lake, in the house, in the back yard overlooking the lake, in the old fruit orchard, under the twin trees overlooking the barn and lake or just about anywhere she chooses.

Weekend bookings are from Friday mornings at 10 am through Sunday at noon. Call for more information or message for details.
