Beachbee Yoga and SUP

Christina Bollino is a professionally trained ballroom dance instructor and yoga/pilates certified teacher. She has been teaching and dancing for over 15 years. She is also a NSPA certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. Christina has her Masters in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health and does nutrition and health coaching as well. Her goal is to help everyone achieve optimal health and wellness of mind, body, and spirit. She believes yoga is one of the best ways to do this, along with dance or any physical activity and proper nutrition.
