B3ASTFIT Performance Fitness has become a place where people want to go, not just to workout, but where they enjoy completing their goals. With coaches that build relationships with their clients - not just their names - but know who they are and what they want to achieve.

Since our doors have opened we've emphasized that our program would be geared towards those who have dedicated themselves to fitness, but just as equally dedicated to those who have never stepped foot into a fitness facility before. Gearing our program towards these needs, we have successfully helped many overcome obstacles they never thought they'd reach. More importantly, our clients have learned the concepts of proper technique while pushing their limits.
