Invoices must be paid within 24 hours, or they will be canceled. The item(s) will be relisted. Also, we gladly accept exchanges for store credit on items that may not work for you. These items must be returned back to us within 14 business days, to the address on your invoice. Sale/clearance items must be returned within 3 business days, and we will give store credit. We also ask that you email us to let us know that an item is coming back to us. We will have contests, giveaways and are always love seeing pictures of you wearing your Beauty Boutique items. We will have a monthly drawing for a $10 store credit from pictures posted. These pictures can be emailed to us or you can post them on our wall. Lastly, we are always looking for opportunities to have a Trunk Show. You can message, email or post about available dates and locations.

For any appointment we ask that you give us a 24 hr notice, so that we can fill that spot. After one no show you will be asked for a credit card number to reserve any upcoming appointments. If you no show for those appointments then your card will be charged for 1/2 of what your service would have cost.
