Bella Capelli, meaning, "Beautiful Hair," in Italian, was started in 2007 by hair stylist, Debbie Mott. Debbie is a licensed cosmetologist and has been coloring, cutting, and perfecting hair all throughout the southern Hampton Roads area on and off for over 35 years! She is always continuing her education with classes on the latest trends in hair and beauty.
