Bells and Beasts

Bells and Beats is a small gym in Eureka, California. Our training is focused primarily on kettlebell and body weight training.

We put quality of movement and the health and safety of our members before anything else. Our training system is designed to create and maintain healthy movement patterns while developing far above average total body strength.

We do not shy away from those with nagging injuries, aches and pains, ect. We are more than happy to consider anyone to our team and work with your needs. Quality movement in a safe environment can often help with most of life's problems, whatever they may be.
