Bernie's Body Blast

I have always had a passion for fitness but I have also had a number of excuses to go it it. What I have created is something that I hope changes that balance and helps intentional exercise happen! The class is run as a circuit, everyone works off a clock. It is 40 seconds of a station and then on to the next. Every class I demonstrate the exercises so there is no need to have prior experience. The ten exercises you do will always be changed up from one day to the next so you will not get the repetition that can lead to boredom or injury.
If you have other forms of exercise that you do I think that is great! Add swimming, biking, dancing, walking... My hope is that my class helps you do better the things that you love.
