BioMechanix Strength and Conditioning Clinic

BioMechanix is a Strength and Conditioning Clinic, where clients work one-on-one with NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist CSCS or CPT's who are considered to be among the highest level of trainers in the industry. Each candidate must possess a Bachelor degree in kinesiology or exercise physiology prior to taking the examination, and only 40% of the candidates pass.

At BioMechanix our clients learn not only how to lift correctly, but what specific exercises they need to focus on for maximal biomechanical efficiency.

We also extend an invitation to outside contracting trainers, who are welcome to bring in their own clients, and use our facility for one-on-one training.
