ABOUT US

The BLACKBEARS Motorcycle Club was established in March 2010 by a group of service members who served together in Iraq and Afghanistan.The original members are all Military Police who were in downtown Baghdad and varying regions of Irag. Today they are more than just great friends, they are combat veterans, brothers in arms and hold a bond few outside of the veteran community could ever understand. In the civilian world these men all serve their communities in various capacities. They are more than just a group of like minded individuals who love to ride, they are devoted to each other and their professions. In addition to this bond, we also shared a love of American made V-Twin Motorcycles. To carry on their camaraderie, they formed BLACKBEARS Motorcycle Club. In the tradition of selfless and public service, BLACKBEARS MC is dedicated to assisting Veterans, Law Enforcement, and other aspects of first responders and their families who may be in need of a little extra assistance or support.

The BLACKBEARS Motorcycle Club is a Veteran, Public Safety/Service and select Citizenry based male social club who have a passion for riding. We are a law abiding motorcycle club and are non territorial. We represent our state with the MAINE lower rocker as that is our home that we love and fought long and hard for within our military service. We do not associate with or Support any 1% Motorcycle Club in public or in private. That said, we respect tradition and do not judge any other clubs or riders based on their affiliations. That is their business, not ours.
