Blue Hammock Care Home is a newly owned assisted living facility that offers a high level of care to our residents. Our facility offers 24-hour services that allow our clients the freedom and independence to engage in their favorite activities.

Our home is a beautiful 13 bed facility with a 1 to 3 caregiver to resident care ratio. Blue Hammock offers an individualized activities schedule, tailored for everyone's different levels of care.

We are the only assisted living with a Medical Director that makes house-calls.

Blue Hammock is conveniently located next to Internal Medicine practice, Freedom Branch Library, Rite Aid Pharmacy and Safeway.

We are 3 miles from Watsonville Community Hospital.

We offer memory care and accept those who have a tendency to wander.

We accept residents in need of Hospice Care and offer Respite Care with a minimum of a 2 week stay.
