First and foremost I am artist, who chooses to work in the medium of hair. Born and raised in the Seattle area, my dream of becoming a hair artist began while watching my mother do hair in her small salon.
Upon completion of the Gene Juarez Advance Training Salon’s program in Design and assisting one of the top Designers in the company, I was invited to be a Designer at their flagship Bellevue Salon and Spa. Working at Gene Juarez allowed me to build great friendships and loyal guests that followed mw when I decided to move locations to work closer to home and start a family. After 2 years at a smaller, family owned and operated salon, the opportunity to work for myself came available.
As a stylist and artist, I have training in advanced couture haircutting and styling techniques; in addition to training and hands-on experience with L’oréal Professional, Chi Professional, Goldwell, Pravana and Redken hair color. With an artist eye for creating a designer haircut that complements a guest’s personality and lifestyle along with rich, beautiful color with current and cutting edge techniques that maintain the health and condition of the hair. My passion also includes true hairdressing- the art of creating a special occasion style for events like parties, galas and weddings; molding, shaping, sculpting hair into incredible works of art that complement the person, the fashion and the event.
