A little over 2 years ago I decided it was time for a big change, I was tired of being tired. I came to the Mendocino Sports Club and found more than energy, I found life and now I want to share it with you! I understand fear, depression, and wanting to escape. I have learned how to make the quiet voice of strength overcome the loud voice of doubt, and I believe I can help you do the same. It's time for a change, let's find what's not working and bring the smile back. I want you to look in the mirror and say, "Hey, there you are, it's nice to have you back"
