It is accessible to everyone as it starts by assessing a persons current baselines on a variety of exercises and methodologies and building from that point without requiring or encouraging an all or nothing mentality. In my eight plus years as a trainer and using this system I've helped others achieve their ultimate goals and become transformation success stories in as little as one workout per week. I have had the privilege of assisting people of both genders from a wide variety of initial fitness levels, ages, and walks of life to reach their fitness goals. I chose this profession as my career because I believe in the value of the service and I love helping others improve their health. The system has been both developed and continually refined to improve all aspects that my approach to training encompasses including but not limited to motivation, program adherence, nutritional advice, exercise selection, variability, progressions, assessments, and results.
