Body Transformations

Established in 2015.

We are a fitness center located in Bellevue, WA. Body Transformations has been in operation since November of 2015, but our professional strength coaches have been helping people get in shape and stay fit for years.

Anthony Bales is the manager and head strength coach at Body Transformations. He has been training those looking to get in shape and change their lives for over 12 years. He is FMS (functional movement screening) certified, one of only 3 in the area to specialize in FMS. He is also TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certified, which identifies and corrects issues with form and drive for golfers. Anthony prides himself in educating his clients on the proper training techniques that will not only help them strive in the gym, but in everyday life as well.
