BodyFit Bootcamp and Cross-Training is a fitness bootcamp designed to provide all participants with a workout that is fun, challenging, motivating, and guaranteed to get them in the best shape of their lives. Each class will provide exercises that help participants loose weight, drop inches, kickstart their metabolism by toning muscle, and improve cardiovascular health.



Bodyfit Bootcamp Workout hours:
Monday -Thursday 5am-6am, 8:30am-9:30am
Monday-Wednesday 5:30pm-6:30pm

Package Rates:
2 days a week $75.00
3 days a week $75.00
4 or more days a week $85.00


You can come any designated time to get your days in. If you purchase the 4 day or more package, you can come as often as you like.

Must be at least 12 to participate.

Each package purchased comes with a BodyFit Bootcamp shirt.

y Fitness Testimony- As long as I can remember sports have been a huge part of my life. I played basketball throughout my childhood and earned a scholarship to the University of South Florida, but fitness had a much different meaning to me then. I stayed in shape because it was what I had to do to be the best athlete. It was not something I enjoyed. It wasn’t until after the birth of my fourth child that I realized how rewarding staying fit could be.
God blessed my husband and I with four beautiful, healthy children, but with each pregnancy I gained 60 lbs. (I know…That’s a lot! I don’t recommend it!) I always felt each time I left the hospital, I was leaving with the most precious blessing and an awful curse at the same time, 50lbs to loose. I only tell you this because I know how hard it is to loose weight and keep it off. It has to be a lifestyle!
After the birth of my daughter, I started taking classes at a gym in Longview, and absolutely fell in love. I loved the camaraderie, the energy, and I loved how an hour would go by, and even though I was dripping in sweat, I wouldn’t even feel like I was tired because I was having so much fun. Immediately, I knew that teaching Group exercise was what I wanted to do. So I went and got Certified in just about every type of group exercise there is.
I taught at Longview’s biggest gym, Good Shepherd’s Institute for Healthy Living for the past two years. I am a certified instructor in Turbokick, BodyPump, Piyo, Swhinn Cycling, Piloxing, and boot camp fitness. I taught anywhere from 2-4 classes a day, and loved it. However, I am very excited about going independent.
I love Teaching Fitness! I love motivating, encouraging, pushing people to do things they think are unachievable, and most importantly helping people realize that fitness is fun and rewarding!

My personal goal- Is to help all people realize that being fit is one of the most satisfying feelings there is. So many of us put our family so far ahead of our own personal needs. We just forget to take care of ourselves because we are so busy taking care of everyone else. It is my goal that people will take a little time out of their busy schedule to focus on their health and wellness. It will only better themselves for their families. You have to be healthy to take care of your loved ones and to do the things that God created you to do. if you don’t treat your body right, it will eventually stop working properly. We only get one body. You have to take care of it!!
