Q: What is BodyPHIT 360™?
A: A revolutionary new interval training system specifically designed to burn fat while increasing cardiovascular endurance, strength and overall body fitness. Our proprietary Performance High-Intensity Interval Training (PHIT) training system uses the scientifically proven interval training concept to create a 45-minute, high intensity workout that is assured to leave you feeling good about yourself.

Q: How does it work?
A: BodyPHIT 360 workouts are based on the scientific fact that strength training and high intensity interval training are more effective at reducing body fat than longer duration steady state aerobic exercise. One reason for this is due to the "after burn" effect (EPOC – Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) wherein your body continues to burn additional calories and metabolize fat for upwards of 24 hours after the workout is complete.

Q: How are the classes structured?
A: Each class broken down into eight 5-minute training blocks separated by one-minute transition periods. Each training block is specifically focused on cardio, core or strength and utilizes a wide variety of equipment from rowers to kettlebells to plyometric boxes and much more. A short warm up precedes the workout and a 10-minute cool down stretch completes the one-hour class.

Q: What if I'm not “in shape"... is BodyPHIT 360 too intense for me?
A: Not at all...our "work until you can't ~ rest until you can" training philosophy that ensures that the workouts are suitable for ALL levels of fitness as everyone maintains their own pace during the workout. Additionally, our coaches emphasize proper form to ensure our training environment remains injury free.
