At Bodytek we provide our clients with group personal training. Group personal training will make achieving your fitness goals more enjoyable and motivating than you ever thought possible. Small group instruction is an alternative to one-on-one training. Bodytek’s small group training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate which can cost up to $100.00 an hour.

Bodytek sessions are 1-hour in length wherein we provide our clients with a total body work out routine. During each session you will be instructed to work out every body part using a variety of state of the art equipment including rower, TRX suspension training, and free weights.

Once you try a session at Bodytek, we guarantee that you will love it. The concept of group personal training is a new concept that is beginning to quickly spread across the country.
